Ditch, aka Shin-Ichiro Kono, is from Japan, but is currently based in Berlin. He's been DJing minimal house and techno at various clubs since 2001, but it wasn't until 2005 that he began producing his own tracks, seeking a balance in music that is equally suitable in the club or for alternate listening environments. He has the ability to go in several directions, while always retaining his own sound, a remarkable achievement for someone who has been making music for such a short time. This has helped earn him the respect of numerous labels the world over, including Milnor Modern, Minibar, Goosehound and our own, Microcosm. |
